ACHA Annual Cook-off

ACHA's highly anticipated annual cook-off is here again. Members and the community get a chance to showcase their culinary skills and see who comes out on top. This years main ingredient is TAMARIND.

Nutritionist and ACHA alumni Vicky Brooks-Johnson will be on hand to enlighten us on the health benefits of tamarind and the importance of adopting a holistic approach to healthy living.

Community members are encouraged to drop by for a taste of ACHA. Bring in your favorite tamarind creation. We'll love to see you there.
