Do you have High Blood Preassure? High Blood Preassure is a
scourge among Black people in the West. Rather than turn to chemical
solutions, consider natural alternatives.The information below has
been garnered from years of studing on my own to take care of myself
and my familiy's needs. I believe that while health care
proffessionals are good and helpful, our health is too important to
leave exclusively to others.From my experience the following are
worth checking out:
HERBS: Hawthorn
flower or fruit: Works similar to diuretics,preventing blood
from constricting. Strenghtens the heart. Helps lower
cholesteral.
Ginko Biloba:Works to clear blood vessels letting the
blood flow with less stickiness avoiding clots.
Kelp:Help to supply iodine to keep the the thyroid
healthy,so it does its job as the radar system of the
body.
Garlic:Cleans the blood and helps it to "go with the
flow".
MINERALS: Magnesium,potassium,calcium: These three sisters work
together to keep the heart healthy.
VITAMINS: Coenzyme
Q10: serves like high octane gas to make the heart work more
efficiently. Other vitamins, like C and E, are good for general
health maintainance.
